Mission

National Asian Artists Project (NAAP) exists to be a leader in educating, cultivating, and stimulating audiences and artists—current and future—through showcasing exceptional work by vibrant artists of Asian descent. Art constantly evolves, and NAAP strives to command a place at the fore with a uniquely compelling American voice.

Getting to Know NAAP

November 14, 2011

6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Chelsea Studios, 151 West 26th Street (between 6th and 7th Aves), New York City
Studio #507
Tickets: $25 per person

Come get to know NAAP, and let NAAP get to know you!

Join us for a reception of wine, hors d'oeuvres, top notch entertainment, and camaraderie. Socialize with us in a professional audition and rehearsal studio, where we've often worked creating shows.

The evening will feature scenes and songs from our recent successes, and an invitation for your support and participation in the months to come! As an added bonus, you'll get a sneak-peek into our 2012 Rediscover Series reading of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Carousel.

Featured performers include Manna Nichols (NAAP's Oklahoma!, Miss Saigon), Marc Dela Cruz (NAAP's Oklahoma!Where Elephants Weep), Joanne Javien (NAAP's Oklahoma!, Thoroughly Modern MIllie), Joshua Dela Cruz (The King and I), Ali Ewoldt (West Side Story, Les Miserable), Steven Eng (Pacific Overtures, Miss Saigon) and more.

Come see "all the beautiful and new things" we do "day by day".
